Very disappointing and not very useful

For some bizarre reason, “Favorites” are 1) specific to one location and 2) grouped by order that is then not editable. Thus, If I have my favorite burger and my wife has hers, we have to create separate for EVERY FIVE GUYS IN THE WORLD if we want to order at locations while, say traveling. It also means I can’t combine mine and hers then add or change something depending on circumstances.

Not all ordering options are included, either. For example, there doesn’t seem to be any way to specify that fries be “extra-dark” to avoid the usual 5G rawness.
