Great food l, app need option to pay cash in store!!!!

Both are two year old technology, please update to support these and provide better security and payment options for your customers.

App used to work. Now it gives message that Im offline even though I am not. I tried deleting and downloading again but that didnt work.

No luck using the app since it couldnt even connect to their server.

Would be 5 stars, except cant pay with gift card. Fail.

Price of cheeseburger was $6.89 and tax was $0.72 and total was $9.51. No added sides. Why would I order it through this app and pay extra? Doesnt make any sense to me.

This app just stopped working a few months ago and became shaded darker on my screen. I cant select it at all. Cant delete and redownload. Help!

It always asks if you want to save order as a favorite, but there doesnt seem to be a way to order a favorite, unless I am missing the obvious.

Hasnt worked reliably for months and no one seems capable of fixing this app.

Ordering process was fine, but there really needs to be an "additional info" spot to write a note. For example, I like my fries well done; Id like to write that. I also dont want them to wait to cook the fries until I arrive; that kind of defeats the purpose or ordering ahead of time, and Id like to tell them to cook the fries with the burgers. It would be good to see this feature in a future release.

Please add ApplePay so I dont have to type my full credit card number, the code, the date, the billing address and all that stuff each time I order.

I NEVER write reviews but this app is great! I just picked up my order like a celebrity!

Great app, needs a custom note section

The app really needs the option of paying in the store when you pick up your order. Many people prefer to pay with cash and the app and website require a credit card.

Look I always appreciate an app of convenience, I really do. But I dont really want to have to create an account to order cheeseburger and fries. You just need to know when Ill be there, what my name is, and payment information or better yet Apple Pay.

I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the app reviews, but this app is great. I registered an account, found a nearby restaurant, and placed a specific order in a breeze. There are options to add light/regular/extra toppings, not sure why some complained there wasnt.

This app is a major waste of my time. I order food 30 minutes in advance and prepaid, your employees dont start making it til I walk in regardless, consistently at every location Ive been to. Why the hell did I pre-order it? If its to skip the line thats a lie because the people standing in line had their food before mine and I ordered 30 mins ago. Incompetence.

Needs option for Fries Well Done. Normally they come out limp and undercooked.

Fairly basic, got the job done on first try. Recommend trying it to see if it works for you. But... with all the large scale hacking going on, I dont want 5G to have my credit card on file, so please consider making pay-on-pickup possible, cash or credit, or Apple Pay etc. More payment options, and publicize when your system is using top-grade security for your customer information.

The app works ok, but it should have Apple Pay instead of having me create an account
