Works sometimes / Doesnt other times

I order in advance on my iPhone a lot. My problem is this app works one time and not the next. When it doesnt its always for a different reason. This has just become so frustrating that its actually affected my loyalty to Five Guys. I dont like waiting in line so I have to say goodbye until you get an app that works consistently. Sincerely,
