Whats the point?

This app is a major waste of my time. I order food 30 minutes in advance and prepaid, your employees dont start making it til I walk in regardless, consistently at every location Ive been to.

Why the hell did I pre-order it? If its to skip the line thats a lie because the people standing in line had their food before mine and I ordered 30 mins ago.

Incompetence.
