Great quality burgers

The app works well, but it gives annoying advertisements through the notifications.

I work in midtown Manhattan. The most expensive place in the world some might argue. I expect to pay more. When I walk into the store and a large drink advertised costs $3.89 in store but costs almost 7 dollars in the app, then the app is ripping people off. Customers beware. Don’t use the app. They are charging you double to use it even if you are doing in store pickup. This is unethical. And should be criminal.

I’ve tried every which way, but it just doesn’t work for me. It will not accept my address for delivery even though the complex has been here for years. I tried calling, but they won’t take delivery orders over the phone.

I’ve been ordering for years and liked their overpriced tiny burgers, but recently their prices have gone up and when I hit order again option it just ordered me a plain hamburger. I wasn’t aware of the error til I got home. Pair that with way over salted fries and finally I have a reason to NEVER patronize them again! There are much better burger deals out there. Don’t waste your time here!

I highly recommend this Five Guys location. Their burgers are great and so are the fries. I’ve never had an issue with any order and they always great me with a smile. It’s my favorite place to go when I need a quick, easy, and tasty meal. Check them out!

If the app taps don’t work (after signup, tapping doesn’t work on the bottom row, and things are generally off). Kill the app and reload and it starts working properly. Other than that, easy to use!

Food is fresh and good customer service

I love 5 Guys, but this app is unusable. There doesn’t seem to be any way to include special instructions. I have an order for 3 burgers, each person wants something extra. There doesn’t seem to be a way to ask for extra onions. I guess I’ll be standing in line.

They forgot my milkshake and a fry but the food was tasty in my opinion

The ease of use of the app was awesome. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to be giving a review on the app or the actual restaurant. Five Guys is five guys! You know them! They’re good food, they make it fresh. Of course it’s American food so don’t expect to lose any weight but it’s delicious if you like.

Disappointed that there is no way to notify restaurant of allergy with app order. Restaurant does very well with this kinds of order in person. Makes app unusable for us.

The Five Guys app is super fast and easy to use to order, but as someone with a gluten allergy, I am not able to put a note in for that when ordering food to go. I love that I can modify my burger to be in a bowl or lettuce wrap, but I also need to flag it so they wipe down surfaces, change gloves, etc for my order. I love that they have a link to their allergen info and list ALL the ingredients of everything in the restaurant out, including all the condiments. I need to know that the pickles have yellow #5 and polysorbate 80, two chemicals I know I am sensitive to. Thank you for the transparency so I can make informed decisions about what I put in my body.

Unknown debit card errors with no means to fix it. Aggravating.

Love the app. The only thing I’d change is adding the ability to request “extra” fixings.

I love five guys and the fact they don’t use seed oils on the grill but I wish they had an a la carte menu where I can order just the patties as many as I’d like as I’m on a carnivore diet! If they fix this I’ll give them 5 stars!

If you reorder an old order that was initially a delivery order it will set it as pick up. This is America dammit.

Overall the app works well for me. The only complaint I have is that Apple Pay doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked for the several months I’ve been using the app. Please fix!

Been trying to use app to purchase food forever and a day now. Doesn’t accept Apple Pay. Doesn’t accept manual card entry with every card in my wallet. I’ll just eat elsewhere.

I come here often, at least twice a week on a slow week. My 4 year old loves it as well and we have a ritual of getting free peanuts and entertaining ourselves opening them while we wait for our food. The staff at the West Springfield, and Westfield MA are already welcoming and very pleasant, plus the food and shakes are always on point!! Highly recommend it!

Can’t add extra cheese when you order a cheeseburger, but can in store.

Hi , I love five guys and recently decided to let go of pork and beef for health reasons . A common question asked when will five guys introduce turkey burgers ?

My last four orders have been consistently poor quality. Same restaurant, which was previously excellent. Now it's mediocre. Stale buns, with patties consistently smaller in diameter and thickness. It's mostly bread now, dry stale bread. The burgers just aren't worth the expense and disappointment.

I prefer my fries unsalted. There’s no place on the app to request that. So every time I place an order on the app, I have to call the restaurant and tell them “no salt”. Also, there’s no way to leave specific requests for the order.

Our family is a big fan of Five Guys! But our youngest loves the hot dogs, and for the last couple of weeks, we haven’t been able to order Hot Dogs online via the web, the app or for delivery. The hot dogs have disappeared from the online ordering spaces, and we are bummed out. Please fix this issue.

The user interface for the app is the worst. Time and time again my Delivery order turned out to be for Pick-Up. On the final Check Out page there should be (1) text clearly informing the customer if the order is for Delivery or Pick-Up; (2) a way to change it. Please update the app and improve the overall UI
