I didnt really explore he app much since the store nearest me is not on the locations list.
I ordered and paid online. It doesnt show what it said to skip the lines. I still waited about 15mins to get my food. Disappointing.
It could be a bit better if you could select an option to pay cash at the location instead of having to use a credit card for the app.
This app was super easy and quick to use. The store is far enough away that if I order on the app and its ready when I arrive then I have plenty of time to eat lunch before having to return to work. Love it

I am a developer myself and I specialize in iOS apps. This is one of the worst food ordering apps I have seen. It is a shame a company so large cant seem to find a good developer. Please see edgeoftheatlas to get a much better app. And to top it all off you sell my private data to a third party? I received a telemarketing call 10 secs after submitting my order.
Overall, good app. However the last update leaves me disappointed. I was excited to see "improved intuitive design" in the last update description. I liked your old design, and now its better? Not so much. There are a few features I dont remember being there before, but overall I dont think the UX is better. It seems cluttered compared to before. And there are small things that bugged me. For example, it offered a place to enter a phone number for the order and I tried several times to delete "(888)888-8888" before I realized I just needed to type over it. I tried to delete something from my basket by editing it and tapping the minus button in vain. I eventually figured out I needed to go back to my basket and find the delete button by swiping the item left. Things like this just make me a little sad remembering the old interface was so intuitive for me.
They have excellent customer service and make you feel special every time!! Love their fresh beef patties and fresh cut fries. Theyre amazing!!!

The latest update seems to have locked my account. Cant get in now even after changing the password. The app used to be simple and easy to use. There seems to be no easy way to get help either.
This update does nothing to make the app more functional and it deleted my payment information. Dont update, not worth it.
Been using the app for ordering from five guys for years. I knew something was wrong when my favorite orders werent immediately available. Ok, so I was no longer logged in and the app had obviously updated... ok. So now trying to order a burger involved almost triple the number of clicks and kept expanding on the screen. Now I also had to add a phone number, even with ccard details. Seriously people, it wasnt broken before - compare the complexity of old version and this one and ask yourself if this is "better". Oh, and to add insult to injury, the "bowl (no bun)" option never came through and so am now awaiting a new burger... Ill get over this first world problem.
Latest App removed the ability to pay through the App. The convenience of using the app is to not have to stand in line. If you still have to stand in line to pay, whats the point of using the App?!?
I love this app I can open it hit favorites pay for my dinner and be done in about 10 seconds.

New version saved my data, works fine, visually a little better. So far, so good. But do not like that it puts up an extra screen if you "forgot" to order fries. Minus one star for changing the pickup time increment from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. You dont want to order for a time too early unless you want cold food, so you must order for a time too late and wait ten minutes. So why order online? Please change this back to 5 minutes so my pickup time can coincide with my arrival time. Especially important on a short lunch hour. Minus another star for not being able to create a Favorite without ordering. Two very easy things to fix to get some stars back.
The previous version of the app was perfect for me. I could pop the app open and re-order my favorite meal as I got into my car when I got off from work. Now the app is stuck in phone mode, so everything is tiny and in the corners, and there are so many sub-menus that it no longer takes just a couple of presses, and takes six times as long even if you can quickly move all over the screen to hit the tiny buttons that show up everywhere. Then as if I could not remember to order a drink with my favorite, it brings up a drink menu, then asks for my phone number even though it has it saved. It takes me about six times as long just to re-order a favorite. This app is no longer convenient.m I may as well call in my order, as that will save me time even though I will have to pay in the store instead of online. I want the old version back.
This is a great application. Simple, fast, easy to navigate. No dead ends where you have to start over. Need to edit your burger right before placing the order? Easy. Credit info is entered via a scan, Easy. Found my closest store automatically. Eaaaaasy. Great application FG!
I love Five Guys and I eat as often and my weight limit will allow
