Five Guys Burgers & Fries App Reviews

Every time I use mobile app to place order, Im asked if id like to save the current order as a favorite. Ill always click yes & title the order. Weeks or months later when I order again, I can never seem to find the favorite tab. Theres either a glitch that needs to be fixed or Im a big bozo. If its the second one could someone please help me out.

The app works fine, my biggest problem is the lack of being able to specify which extra toppings I would like. If they changed that I would give this app 5 stars. Ill be sticking to the website until this is updated.

After going through the order screens and payment screens, the app was not able to communicate the order to the store.

I dont do CC online, Ill pay at the location or via PayPal. This app has no option for those. I travel a lot and use the food ordering apps for numerous businesses but never this one again.

Enjoyed using the app in the past to place our order and pay. But then the ability to pay was removed. Keep hoping this feature will be re-enabled, but so far no luck. Please bring this feature back.

I forgot my password and tried to login a few times. Now Im locked out and cant order food. Solution: eat at Shake Shack instead. Bye bye Five Guys....

All seems good but I cant use the app with their own prepaid cards???

I placed an order but it told me my order could not be submitted. I tried re-entering my credit card info but it gave me the same error. I checked my credit card and it got charged 4 times at $93.42 each. I went into the store where I try to place my order and they didnt have a manager that could help me. I had to go through my credit card to cancel those charges. Im very disappointed with the app.

I order in advance on my iPhone a lot. My problem is this app works one time and not the next. When it doesnt its always for a different reason. This has just become so frustrating that its actually affected my loyalty to Five Guys. I dont like waiting in line so I have to say goodbye until you get an app that works consistently. Sincerely, FRUSTRATED!!
